Our penthouse was built from scratch by its owner, in search of a personal aesthetic that preserves your personality and renews the essential characteristics.
Beautiful and comfortable penthouse with incredible 360º views of the Old City of Cádiz. 5 minutes walk from La Caleta beach and in the center of the commercial area. All facilities included.
You can enjoy beautiful views from our terraces with ample space for sunbathing, read and listen to music and a wonderful garden to relax. The interior is cozy and comfortable.
You will have the whole department to yourselves. The interior area is not very large, but it is enough to enjoy family gatherings. Get out you will have to roll the dice to choose where to lie down, sit or relax!
ENJOY YOURSELF and have a unique experience in our apartment. “Casanova” it's a work in progress and a family home. This house, like many of the buildings in the historic city, belongs to the XIX century. We DO NOT have an elevator, so it is necessary to climb 4 quite steep flights of stairs to reach this little corner of the “Paradise” on earth.
If you want a conventional house this is not for you. I ask that you respect him and treat him with love and care.. It is a family home. You need to know that it is quite similar to living on a ship. Highly exposed to all weather conditions, As the rain, the sun and the wind, so the peculiarities and characteristics vary greatly from season to season.
In summer it can be very hot and in winter, cold and wet. For such purposes we have an air conditioner that works with hot or cold air in the main room..
We ask for a responsible use of such devices. We are ecological. Do not leave them on while leaving the premises, don't open windows while machines are running, do not leave them on while you sleep. Lighting the fireplace is completely prohibited.
No pets allowed. No smoking please on the property. Parties are not allowed / loud music … We have lovely neighbors close by … No additional guests without permission. Any damage must be paid. Bedding provided, as well as bath towels. Our hardwood floors are highly appreciated, so avoid entering the house in high heels.
Please note that there are roof areas that are not fenced. Young children need supervision at all times on the terraces. In the garden please it is normal to find leaves and certain insects that fly and crawl around … don't leave any food or leftovers unattended. Neither inside nor outside. How strong gusts of wind can seem unexpected, don't leave disposable items unattended, especially, do not leave objects on the walls next to the patios. They can fall and hurt someone!
Please, treat the property like your home and leave it as you found it. Not a five star hotel, but a true and honest family home with a beautiful terrace. If you are not looking for a creative property, Then this is not for you!
Organic waste can be lowered to the main entrance of the “Dumpster” after the 20 hours. Glass and plastic can be left for later recycling.
