The area in which this house is located is what is known in the city as the Plaza de Toros, place next to the house. Linda with Calle Margallo, from which you can access the city center.

La vivienda tiene un excellent access desde la ronda de circunvalación de la ciudad, lo que permite una quick location de los huéspedes que llegan desde diferentes lugares de la geografía española.

Desde The Painted House “El Cuadro” se accede en no más de siete minutos a la Main Square y en similar tiempo a la Plaza de Hernán Cortes ("Horse Square"), The nerve center of today's Cáceres where the commercial and modern services area begins.

This house has 130 m2, está distribuida en un spacious living room (30 m2), three double bedrooms, cocina independiente completamente equipada con tendedero y two bathrooms, uno de ellos con hydromassage bathtub.

Está equipada con un mobiliario de gran calidad y en sus paredes figuran numerous paintings a los que debe su nombre. The living room and one of the bedrooms have their balconies overlooking San Justo street and the kitchen and the other two have large bright patios.
