Magnificent palace house located in the historic center of Cádiz. The house is located in a traditional building of bourgeois merchants of Cádiz from the 18th century, completely renovated so that you can have the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

The house has a spacious living room with a fireplace, library, reading chairs and sofa and plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room, a master bedroom with a double double bed and an en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms with single beds of 90 cm and another bathroom. The building has an elevator, Internet connection via WIFi and all the necessary amenities to rest and enjoy your stay in Cádiz.

The apartment is located on Cervantes street number 1, very close to Calle Ancha and the main shopping streets of the city. It is located about 15 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. It is in turn located near the Gran Teatro Falla and about 10 minutes walking from the beach of La Caleta, the only beach in the historic city center.

If you arrive by car, it is possible to stop for a few moments under the apartment to unload your luggage. The apartment in the historic center is complicated, being our recommendation that you park in the Public parking of San Antonio, less than 5 minutes walking from the apartment.
