The C4R La Joyita Penthouse in Cádiz is a 105m2 penthouse located on the 5th and last floor. It is the only house on its floor. It has two comfortable terraces, with 35m2 in total, in which you can relax, have breakfast with privacy or sunbathe in the afternoons. One of them has access from the kitchen and the other from the opposite end of the attic.
