Upon entering you will see a designer American kitchen, totally equiped, with bar and open to the living-dining room, where you can have long talks and moments of laughter with your family or friends while you eat and tell the anecdotes of the day in our city.
The living-dining room has a smart TV and a balcony and, in terms of bedrooms, There are two, one with a double bed and the other with two 105cms beds joined, shared bathroom between both, built-in wardrobe and balcony to the interior patio of the farm.
What's more, the house has air conditioning and heating in all its rooms.

The house is located in the mythical neighborhood of Mentidero, a residential neighborhood in the old town where, despite being close to many points of interest in the city, you will not lose peace of mind when resting. Nearby you can easily find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, as well as points of cultural and historical interest such as the Reina Sofía Cultural Center (200m), the Bastion of Candelaria (200m), the Genovés Park (150m), the walk of the Alameda (500m), the Great Falla Theater (300m) or the Aramburu Palace House (250m).
