LAS CALVERAS RURAL HOUSE

Rural House "Las Calveras" is located in the upper part of an olive grove that is less than one km. of La Puebla de los Infantes, town that belongs to the Sierra Norte de Sevilla.

La Puebla is located 85 km. de Sevilla y a 65 de Córdoba. Se encuentra a solo 1,5 km. del embalse de José Torán. A little more, towards Las Navas de la Concepción, se encuentra el pantano del Retortillo. Next to the castle you can visit the Museum of Popular Arts and Customs "Currillo el Herrero". The importance of the works of our beloved local artist, and the effort and collaboration of many neighbors, to conform the content of said Museum, are two important reasons to visit it.

Another place that deserves to be visited is "Las Pilas", public laundries that were built in the first half of the 19th century, and that for a long time they were also used as a drinking trough and for the supply of water to the town.

To taste the local gastronomy, I recommend visiting the town's tapas bars, or on its terraces enjoying with the family.
