CORTIJO LA PALOMA

The Cortijo de la Paloma is located in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, surrounded by olive groves and meadows and with spectacular views of the Guadalquivir Valley. With a mild climate and accommodation with a capacity for 13-14 persons, it is ideal for groups who love hiking, to walk in the field, of the nature… and for groups with children, since it is a farm type and has its own land to practice football, ride a bike, and all kinds of outdoor games.

The Cortijo is located near both Seville and Córdoba, the first is just 78 kilometres, while the second is located at 70 km.

The house was built in the 19th century, but it is restored to satisfy the needs of the most demanding guests. It is perfect for groups, being able to accommodate a maximum of 13 persons.

It has inside with:

Living room with a traditional fireplace, with firewood included to warm you in the colder months. To enjoy movie and blanket afternoons, there is a television, located in front of the sofa.

Kitchen room: in the 25 m2 that the kitchen occupies, no detail is missing: washing machine to keep everything clean, microwave oven, oven and fridge for meals, cooking utensils…you will have everything, even television to make time on it more enjoyable.

5 Bedrooms: we have 3 double bedrooms, a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and a fifth prepared for 4 persons. They have bedding and furniture for clothes.

2 Bathrooms: for daily hygiene you will have a total of 2 toilets, provided with basic equipment.

Outside you will find:

The 100m2 terrace at the entrance of the farmhouse, in it you can enjoy meals and dinners prepared on the barbecue, while you delight in the views.
On the porch where there is a wine rack, a table football and the bathroom.
The backyard.
The pool with natural grass, pergola, umbrellas and sunbeds.
