Magnificent independent villa located between the center of Fuengirola and the Los Boliches neighborhood. A 200 meters from the beach and promenade. It has a plot of 1000m2. Ideal for families or friends, with capacity up to 15 persons. Zone the parking, saltwater pool and game room with pool table, foosball and ping pong table.
The main house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets (one of them en suite) Y 1 cleanliness. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of them with a double bed and the other two have two single beds. The fourth attic bedroom is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs.
40m2 living room with two sofas 4 plazas, two armchairs and satellite TV, offering enough space for all guests. Next to the fully equipped kitchen is the dining room, containing a second refrigerator and a large table for 8 – 10 persons. From the dining access you reach the back porch area, where there is another table and chairs for meals or outdoor gatherings, while enjoying the fabulous weather of the Costa del Sol.
At the rear of the property there is another bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, a small kitchen with microwave, toilet. Under this second porch area / garden there is another table and chairs and from here you also gain access to the games room.
The villa has WIFI and all rooms have hot and cold air split.
