About this accommodation

Located at the foot of the Saja-Besaya National Park in Cantabria, María's rural house is a place of peace, vegetation, good energy and art. What started as a lifestyle change and buying a wreck in 2007, quickly became a rural accommodation, an antique store
and an events room that attracts people from all over Spain and other corners of the world. Surrounded by mountains and a few minutes from the sea, The Curva de María offers numerous natural activities, historical and cultural for all types of travelers.

OUR FACILITIES.

Our facilities are a place full of charm and traditions of Cantabria. Stone walls, solid oak beams, carefully chosen decor and furniture, very comfortable beds… all this at the foot of the exuberant Saja-Besaya Nature Reserve.

THE SMALL HOUSE.

Located in what were the old ovens of the main house, the Casita offers comforts to sleep up to 3-4 persons, in a very nice house in its decoration and self-sufficient. It has a large double room, another smaller double in a mezzanine open to the living room, a spacious living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is WIFI, TV, heating, wood burning fireplace and a common laundry for the whole house.

RURAL APARTMENT.

Located on the upper level of the main house, this accommodation can be rented as a partial or entire space, adapting to the number of guests. It is totally independent with its own entrance. It consists of a spacious living room, an equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms, several rooms, TV, WiFi, heating and laundry (shared). It also has a beautiful terrace overlooking the orchard or fruit trees. This space is suitable for both couples and larger groups.
