It is completely exterior with views from its two balconies to Nueva Street, one of the best-known pedestrian streets in the city and from which you can enjoy the different events that the city offers such as Carnival or Holy Week.

It consists of a bright living room with a dining area and a kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious dishes. The living room has a double sofa bed that gives the apartment capacity for up to four people.

From the living room we access the bedroom, with queen bed- size and a large closet. It has a complete bathroom that is accessed from the living room, it has a shower plate and bidet, and it also has a hair dryer.
