The apartment has a very bright patio where you can relax with a drink after spending a good day at the beach. It is a house without stairs so it is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. It is located in an old fisherman's house renovated to the last detail, in the old town of Cadiz, in the famous neighborhood of La Viña, just 100m from the beautiful Playa de la Caleta.

95m2 accommodation on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed each and capacity for up to 6 people thanks to the sofa-bed in the living-dining room. It also has a kitchenette., two bathrooms with shower and hair dryer. The decoration of the entire house makes it unique.
