The house is built under the canons of a "Carmen" stately homes typical of Granada that began to be built in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries and for many years have been family homes for the wealthiest in the city.

All the materials used in its construction respect the architecture of the area, being the facade and even the cypresses, beautiful trees that flank it, protected by the cultural heritage of Andalusia.

On the main floor we find the kitchen, fully equipped with a small office with windows to the outside.

On this floor there is also a large living-dining room, a double and a single bedroom and a bathroom.

On the ground floor there are other 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom integrated into the room as a suite. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed so they can be used by a couple, alone or with a child or used as a triple room as all beds have standard measures.

The garden can be accessed from this floor and from here you can also access the 5th bedroom which has its own separate entrance and also its own bathroom. This bedroom has 2 beds that can be used independently or forming a large bed of 180 cm.

The house also has a magnificent tower with a large living room with fireplace and 2 terraces that constitute a fabulous private viewpoint, located a few meters from the famous Mirador de San Nicolás, internationally recognized place for its dream views.

The house also has a typical cellar, very common in buildings in the area, which is accessed from a staircase made by hand and that constitutes another charming place on the property.

The materials used both for the construction of the house and for its furnishing are of high quality and we find noble woods, coffered ceilings, typical tiles of the area, marble column, lattice, Andalusian bars, Granada handicraft lamps and a myriad of small details that transport the visitor to the grandeur experienced by the city in times past with the comforts of today.
