The emblematic building is located in the Historic Center of Malaga, on Calle Compañía, specifically, it is the number 9, a few meters from the Plaza de Carmen Thyssen and opposite the Church of Santo Cristo.
It is a building of Baroque origin remodeled in the S. XIX and that aims to recover the original image with an avant-garde touch.
The building leads to the Plaza de la Constitución, formerly called Plaza de las Cuatro Calles, which housed some of the most important buildings from the political point of view. Over time, houses were built for the Malaga bourgeoisie in the second half of the 19th century. Currently, this residential character has been gradually replaced by a commercial use.
