One bedroom apartment with elevator located in the Viña de Cádiz neighborhood, a few meters from La Caleta beach and in the historic center.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, it has a bedroom with a double bed, living room with built-in kitchen with all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay, such as sofa and plasma TV, in addition to a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The apartment has Internet connection via WIFI, as well as washing machine, kiln, microwave and small appliances to make you feel in our apartment like your own home.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of La Viña, one of the most authentic neighborhoods in the city of Cádiz and linked to the carnival. The apartment is located in the center of the city very close to the Gran Teatro Falla and about 10 minutes walking from the beach of La Caleta, the only beach in the historic center of the city that collects a thousand stories, from a Phoenician settlement to having been the setting for filming international feature films.

It is located about 20 minutes walking from the train and bus stations, being able to arrive through urban bus using line number 2 Y 7. Parking in the center of Cádiz is complicated, being our recommendation that you park in the Valcárcel public car park, located less than 3 minutes walking from your apartment.
